**Terms & Conditions**
Please carefully review these terms before using the online payment facility. By utilizing the online payment facility on this website and its subdomains, you are indicating your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using this facility. All payments are subject to the following conditions:
1. All fees/charges quoted are in Indian Rupees unless explicitly specified in other currency cases. Bengalee Cultural Association, Hyderabad, reserves the right to change donations/ contributions, subject to trustees’ decision, governing agencies, and bodies, where applicable.
2. Your payment will be credited to the BCA and its Institutes account within two business days.
3. BCA and its Institutes shall not be held responsible for any delays in donations/contributions resulting from incorrect account numbers or inaccurate personal details. Furthermore, BCA and its Institutes cannot accept liability if payment is rejected or declined by the credit/debit card/bank or supplier for any reason.
4. In no event shall BCA and its Institutes be liable for any damages arising from the use, inability to use, or the consequences of using this site, any websites linked to it, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites. This includes damages, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, regardless of whether BCA and its Institutes were advised of the possibility of such damages.
**Refund Policy**
If deemed applicable, refunds will be made at the management’s discretion and credited to the debit/credit card initially used for the transaction. It should be noted that nothing in this Policy obliges BCA and its Institutes to refund the Fees, Donations,/ Contributions for any philanthropic activities (or any part thereof) unless such Fees (or part thereof) have been previously paid and are subject to the refundable clause.
**Security**
All online e-payment transactions use state-of-the-art technology (SSL) to ensure secure transactions.
**Service Provider**
BCA is not directly involved in online payments but uses a service provider (Need to update this. For example, PayU, through Axis Bank.)
**Confirmation of Payment**
If the donor/new member does not receive confirmation within 14 days of making the payment, it is the donor/new member’s responsibility to verify with BCA that the payment has been received and accepted. The donor/new member remains accountable for the payment until confirmation, as referred to above, is received from BCA for each outstanding amount owed.
